Secret Rare vs SEC Parallel
A Secret Rare (SEC) is the top-tier rarity slot of a main One Piece set — usually a single marquee character (Shanks, Kaido, Gol D. Roger) with a dramatic full illustration. The SEC Parallel is a further alternate-art printing of that Secret Rare, pulled at an even lower rate, and is typically the single most valuable card of its set.
Because these are the marquee pulls, PSA 10 population and grade sensitivity matter more here than anywhere else in the game: a raw copy with a print line or off-center cut can lose most of its graded premium. The full list below is grouped by set, newest first.
